Music Album Wall allows users to create album-wall style visuals using music-related metadata, album artwork, layouts, and other content selected or provided by users or retrieved from supported third-party services.

The Service is currently provided as an MVP and may change, stop, or remove features at any time.

Music Album Wall is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any music streaming platform, record label, artist, publisher, or rights holder, unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, artist names, album titles, and album artwork belong to their respective owners.

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for any content you create, export, download, post, or share. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Misrepresent affiliation with artists, platforms, labels, or rights holders
• Create misleading, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates third-party platform terms

Album artwork and other music-related content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights. Such content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

The Service may display or process such content only to provide features requested by users, such as creating a personal album-wall visual. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, export, posting, or sharing of generated visuals complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Unless we expressly allow otherwise, the Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use during the MVP phase. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, mass-produce, or commercially exploit generated visuals that include third-party artwork or music-related content without appropriate rights or permission.

The Service may connect to or use third-party services, APIs, or data sources. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, data availability, API changes, outages, account restrictions, or content provided by third parties.

If you upload, submit, select, or create content through the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process such content only as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and protect the Service.

If you believe content on or generated through the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the content and your rights. We will review appropriate requests and may remove or restrict access to relevant content when necessary.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all devices, browsers, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or reputation arising from your use of the Service.
